We had the privilege to work as Italian DMC for important brands, such as Heineken, Pepsi and Nissan, official sponsors for their hospitality programmes during the Milano final in May 2016. We assisted them with a number of essential elements, including advisory, never taking their place, but being their unfaltering support for a great final result, and very successful programmes.
We took care of services, such as transports, staffing, sourcing of locations and venues.
Accommodations for over 1,700 rooms.
Dinners and lunches suiting different requirements (geographical, menu restrictions, service level, etc.) and group size.
Quality event staff, well-trained hostesses and stewards, professional bodyguards, competent actors, friendly waiters.
This was a successful two-year-long cooperative work that brought new collaborations.
