Verona is actually much more than the tragic story of the two lovers!<\/p>\n

Take a tour of the Verona Arena to discover one of the largest open-air theaters in the world, declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. Today the Arena is home to International Festivals, Musical Events and the famous Opera.<\/p>\n

Enjoy a leisurely stroll through the narrow streets to get to know the old city walls and other monuments from the Roman and Middle Ages. Admire the beauty of Piazza delle Erbe and see the Adige river from the Ponte di Pietra. Get the elevator (or walk the steps if you are fit) to the top of the tower ( Torre dii Lamberti) to get a \u201cbirds eye\u201d view of the city.<\/p>\n

Have an ice cream or a coffee and watch the world go by from a table in one of the winding streets. The markets and artisan shops are incredible and offer something for everyone.<\/p>\n

Finally, if you want us to organize a great trip outside the city, we suggest a tour through the vineyards of Valpolicella on a Vespa (famous Italian motorcycle)! Stop at a winery to learn about the winemaking that produces one of Italy’s most popular wines: Amarone. We can also organize an outdoor lunch or dinner in amongst the vines in a winery or in a historical farmhouse.<\/p>\n
