This enormous area, \u00a0is part of the EATALY family that have conquered the world by opening magical places where you can buy the best products produced in Italy and where you can see how certain dishes are made, and of course, get a chance to have a taste as well.<\/p>\n

FICO is situated just outside Bologna, about two hours from Milan.<\/p>\n

It is an enormous space that includes an outside farm area, where the animals are kept and fed and the production lines to show you how the most famous italian products are made. Local , high quality producers of parmesan cheese, pasta, sauces, panettone and many others are present and have a small production line as well as food stalls selling these incredibel products.<\/p>\n

There are great opportunities to organize cooking classes and wine pairing lessons, in one of the well equiped kitchens. A great solution for food lovers as well as being a fun activity and a place where food experts can teach you how to make pasta in the morning and how to produce your own ice cream in the afternoon!<\/p>\n

FICO has also excellent conference facilities: with its 4000 square meters of conference center, it can host big meetings up to 850 people.<\/p>\n

We can organise a daily trip from Milan to FICO for your group. After a guided tour you can take part in a cooking class or in a showcooking and than learn the history of wine and how to pair wine with various dishes. We can organise a lunch based on Italian typical dishes in one of the 45 restaurants, or a \u201cstall crawl\u201d where your guests have tokens to spend discovering great cocktails, wines and a great selection of various small dishes that are served by the various producers on their stands!\u00a0 \u00a0The space is very versatile and you can organise your own private meeting in FICO\u2019s conference center.<\/p>\n
